Waitlist Policy

• When a program is at maximum capacity, participants interested in the trip will be placed on the waitlist.  The waitlist will allow us to contact you (via email or phone) if any spot opens up within a reasonable amount of time.  If you do not hear from us, that means unfortunately we were not able to add your child to the trip.
• Maximum capacity for Middle School Transport is set based on bus capacity.
