Obtain and re-certify American Red Cross certifications. Lifeguarding and lay responder courses are offered.
American Red Cross Lifeguarding - December Blended
Includes all certifications listed below:
American Red Cross Lifeguard
First Aid
CPR
AED
Prerequisite: 150-yard swim leading into a 2 minute tread followed by an additional 50 yard swim, and a timed swim that includes retrieval of a 10-pound brick.
Course Schedule: Friday December 26th, 4-8pm, Saturday, December 27th 8am-5pm, Sunday December 28th 9am-4pm.
*Participants must attend all class times to receive full lifeguard certification.
*Online portion to be completed before start of class.
*Participation fee may be waived after 3 months of employment.
*Lifeguard Manual and pocket masks included in cost.

This is a Red Cross lay responder class in which you will learn cpr, aed, and first aid skills for adults, infants, and children. Upon successful completion of course, you will receive a certification valid for 2 years.
