TEEN WELLNESS ORIENTATIONS: (Ages 10-15)
To ensure safety and proper use of equipment, all youth using the 2nd-floor rooms must wear a wristband indicating they have completed an orientation. Wristbands are picked up at the member service desk.
- Ages 10-12 can use the cardio and circuit rooms with their parents after an orientation with fitness staff.
- Ages 13-15 can use the cardio and weight rooms on their own after an orientation with fitness staff.
COACH ME PROGRAM: (Ages 16+)
Are you a beginner when it comes to fitness? Want to get into shape but don’t know where to start? Our excellent coaching staff will provide you with knowledge and accountability, help you establish a habit of exercising, and encourage you, all in a friendly and non-intimidating way! Participants commit to 3 workouts a week and are introduced to cardiovascular fitness, strength training and flexibility. Call (920) 262-8555 to set up an appointment!

BODY FAT TESTING:
Healthy Weight, Body Mass Index and Body Fat Composition are ways to measure your overall health & fitness level. It only takes a couple of minutes to find out what is normal for your age and height and what your current body fat percentage is.

The Wellness Center is open during regular building hours and staffed by Wellness Center Coaches who are here to offer assistance, encourgement and support.
SMART START: (Ages 16 & up)
The key to long-term fitness is to start slow, build steadily and enjoy yourself. The Y can help by scheduling a
10 week workout program just for you! You will be connected to a Wellness Coach and be accountable to him/her for the first 10 weeks of your health & fitness experience.
The SMART START fitness schedule is proven by science and combines a fun mix of cardio, strength, core and flexibility sessions. Membership Benefit!
WELLNESS CENTER ORIENTATION: (Mandatory for 13-15 year olds)
This appointment will help you get comfortable with the wellness center and learn how to best utilize it to meet your goals. May also complete Teen Strength Training class for a more in-depth orientation. Membership Benefit!
FREE WEIGHT ORIENTATION: (Mandatory for 13-15 year olds)
This appointment will acclimate you to the free weight area of the Wellness Center to help you gain confidence and comfort in this space.
Recharge and refresh your current workout routine. A single appointment with a Wellness Coach to help you develop a new plan based on your strengths, challenges and goals. FREE for Y Members.
INBODY TESTING: Body Composition Analysis
We’re excited to share our new InBody 270, Body Composition Analysis testing device. InBody is one of the most advanced body composition analyzers on the market and is trusted by leading hospitals, universities and professional sports teams because of it’s precision.
Now you can have an accurate picture of your body composition to help you target your training to maximize results.
$15 Y Member • $35 CP
Members can purchase three tests for $40.
- Test regularly! See your results over time. Testing every 8-12 weeks is recommended.
For individuals with Parkinson’s disease designed and led by Aurora physical therapists and Y wellness coaches. Working on balance, flexibility and muscular strength as well as vocal therapy.Participants must obtain medical clearance and be evaluated by class instructors prior to enrollment.
