Swim Lessons
Summer Day Camp swim lessons will be held on Tuesdays at the YMCA at Pabst Farms from June 16th – August 4th.
If you register your child for swim lessons, they will receive a 30-minute lesson during the camp’s open swim time each Tuesday.
Fee: $72 Y Member • $88 CP
There will be no refunds or make up lessons if your child misses a week.

Complete if you are waiving your child’s immunization requirement. - Authorization to Administer Medication: Needed if there is a possibility that our staff will need to administer medication to your child while under our care.
- Alternative Arrival/Release Form: Needed if a parent will not be dropping off/picking up your child from our program (walks to school, leaves to attend another program, etc.)
- Y Care Bank Draft Form: If you need to update your bank draft information.
