Youth Development Preregistration
2025-26 4K Preregistration
4K Preregistration for the upcoming 2025-26 School year.
Please select your school from the list below and have immunization records, health report and any needed care plans available for upload for completion. Our administrative office works with the school to identify which session is available for 4K Wrap services. Your child’s 4K placement is determined by the school and will be communicated from the school’s communications.
If there are no spots available, you will need to preregister for the waitlist until a spot is available.
NOTE: Any incomplete preregistrations (missing information or incorrect attachments) will cancel your preregistration and you will need to start over entirely.
