Advance Directive Workshop
Stop by the dedicated table in the front lobby to get information about advance directives from a medical social worker, fill out a State of WI form or ProHealth Care form (your choice), and get it properly signed. This is a convenient drop-in service, not a class.

Mended Hearts Cardiac Support Group
Meet at the Pabst Farms branch on the last Wednesday of selected months: Meeting dates are as follows:
Dates: 03/26/2025, 04/30/2025, 05/28/2025, No Meeting June-August, 9/24/25, 10/29/25
6:30-8pm in the Senior Center room.
Non-Y members, please stop at Member Services prior to your first meeting. We will issue you a key tag for facility access during your program.
*Mar 26, 2025, meeting Topic: Learn about A-Fib (atrial fibrillation) from a cardiac care/ER nurse. There will be time for discussion and support as well.

Thriving Families Mental Health & Wellness Fair
Join us for a free community event to learn about area mental health and wellness resources! Interact with exhibitors and learn about organizations, businesses and ministries that support mental, physical and spiritual wellness.
Attend mini-workshops and engage in activities that promote mental well-being. The event is open from 9-1. We will also have opportunities to win raffle items from our exhibitors.

Y-NOT-TRI 2026
Join us for our 2nd Annual Indoor Triathlon on March 15, 2026.Whether you’re a seasoned triathlete, or looking to toe the line for the very first time, our Y-NOT-TRI is a great addition to your 2025 race calendar. With individual and relay options, there’s a race for everyone!
Registrations after February 26th will not receive a finisher T-Shirt.
Only one registration needed for a relay, additional registration cost covers all 3 participants.
