Log Rolling
The log rolling program is a chance to work on skills such as improving balance, agility, core strength, and concentration – all while having fun! This program is open to all levels of experience. Ages 6 & up.
Fall II: Logrolling (Ages 4-7)
Curious about logrolling? Start here! Our Intro Logrolling class is designed just for beginners—no experience needed. This fun, beginner-friendly class introduces you to the basics of this exciting water sport in a supportive, welcoming environment.
You’ll learn how to balance, step, and roll on a floating log at your own pace, with guidance from trained instructors who are there to encourage you every step (and splash) of the way. It’s a great way to build balance, strengthen your core, and try something new in the water.
At the Y, we believe everyone should have the chance to try new things, grow their confidence, and feel part of a community. Our beginner logrolling classes are perfect for anyone ready to take that first step—wobbly or not!
