Join us for a special evening of creativity, connection, and confidence! This paint night is designed for middle school girls (ages 10-14) to explore their unique beauty and strength while reflecting on the powerful truth that they are created in God’s image. Through guided painting activities, we’ll celebrate each girl’s individuality and encourage them to embrace their creativity as a reflection of their inner confidence. Together, we’ll enjoy a relaxing and inspiring evening, creating beautiful art while discussing the importance of self-worth, empowerment, and the amazing potential each girl holds. Each girl will bring home a canvas creation.

Get ready for an unforgettable night of fun, friends, and friendly competition! Game On! Middle School Night is packed with energy, excitement, and adventure — full of games, challenges, music, and creative activities designed just for tweens and teens ages 10–14.

Exclusive access!-  During these events, the Y will be closed to the public — this night is open only to middle schoolers, so you and your friends get the whole place to yourselves!

Winter Events:

Friday, January 16 — Retro Rewind Night
Step back in time for a night of games, music, and creativity! Tweens and teens ages 10–14 can enjoy gym games, dodgeball, board games, climbing on the wall, friendship bracelet making, and capturing memories at the retro photo booth with Polaroids. Fuel up with root beer floats, popcorn, and more — it’s a night of non-stop fun!

Friday, March 20 — March Madness Night
It’s game time! Join us for a high-energy night packed with friendly competition and excitement. Ages 10–14 can test their skills in basketball shootouts, team challenges, gym games, and Nintendo Switch tournaments — all while cheering on friends. Enjoy popcorn, lemonade, and good vibes throughout this slam dunk night at the Y!

Live Y’ers is a great chance to hangout at the Y after hours. The night starts with open swim and then the YMCA closes down at 6:00pm just for kids!  Each month, there is a different theme along with planned activities, open gym, rock climbing, inflatable slide, swimming, and more! Pizza & drinks are included. Open for ages 8-13.

Fall I and Fall II Youth Events: 

November 15th – Autumn Adventure: Join us for a fun-filled Autumn Adventure packed with seasonal games, crafts, and fall-themed excitement. From a harvest obstacle course to pumpkin crafts there’s something for everyone!

December 13th – Christmas Craziness: Get ready for a holly-jolly day of festive fun at our Christmas Craziness event! Celebrate the season with reindeer games, candy cane challenges, holiday crafts, music, and more!

Winter I, Winter II, Spring Youth Events: 

January 10th – Jumpstart January: Start the new year with energy and excitement at our Jumpstart January event! Enjoy active games, team challenges, and creative winter crafts as we set goals, get moving, and kick off the year the YMCA way!

February 14th – Valentine’s Vibes: Celebrate friendship, kindness, and fun at our Valentine’s Vibes event! Join us for heart-themed games, sweet treats, and crafts that spread love and positivity all around.

March 13th – March Madness:  It’s game time at our March Madness event! Get in on the action with friendly competitions, mini basketball challenges, and team spirit activities that will keep you cheering all evening!

April 17th – Egg-cellent Adventures: Hop into spring with our Egg-cellent Adventures event! Enjoy egg hunts, bunny-themed games, and colorful spring crafts that will have everyone smiling from ear to ear.

May 15th – May Mania:
Wrap up the season with a day full of May Mania! From outdoor games to creative crafts and sunny surprises, we’re celebrating the start of summer with nonstop fun and excitement!

Join us for a one-day adventure trip to enjoy fun, friends, and different activities!  On various school’s out days throughout the school year and during summer break, we will be offering trips to various destinations!  From waterparks to nature centers, we look forward to adventuring with you! Ages. 8-13.

**Sub sandwiches will be provided for 2025 trips.  Participants must bring sides/snacks and beverages.  Starting in 2026, sub sandwiches will no longer be provided, and participants will be expected to provide their own lunch.

Fall Adventure Trips:

• November 26th: Timber Ridge Waterpark (Lake Geneva) Get ready for a splashing good time at Timber Ridge Indoor Waterpark in Lake Geneva! Enjoy thrilling water slides, lazy rivers, along with plenty of attractions for all ages. It’s the perfect day of water fun and adventure, making unforgettable memories with friends!
• December 22nd: Milwaukee Public Museum (Milwaukee) Discover fascinating exhibits at the Milwaukee Public Museum!

Winter Adventure Trips:

• January 19th: Sunburst Snow Tubing & Indoor Mini Golf (Kewaskum & Waukesha) Experience a day of nonstop fun with the thrill of tubing at Sunburst and the challenge of indoor mini golf! From racing down snowy hills to navigating playful courses, participants will enjoy teamwork, laughter, and adventure—indoors and out!
• February 16th:  MSOE STEM Center & Pottery Painting (Milwaukee & Sussex) Get ready for a day of creativity and discovery! Explore hands-on experiments at the MSOE STEM Center, then let your imagination shine as you design your own pottery masterpiece to take home.
• April 1st: Discovery World & Milwaukee Pretzel Company (Milwaukee): A perfect mix of science and snacks! Enjoy a day of exploration at Discovery World and top it off with a behind-the-scenes look (and taste!) at the Milwaukee Pretzel Company.
