SPRING: AOA Strength & Balance
It is no secret that we all need strength training as we get older. It helps ward off age-related muscle loss, keeps bones strong, promotes mobility, and also combats depression and cognitive decline. This class is designed to improve your strength and enhance your balance using weights, resistance equipment and body weight while working on functional movements to help you maintain independence and prevent falls.
