MX4 COMPLETE CONDITIONING SMALL GROUP TRAINING
This functional training class combines best-in-class training tools with workouts to help you improve cardio, power, strength and endurance, no matter your age or ability. The results-driven, circuit-style programming blends Certified Personal Trainer attention, camaraderie and challenging progressive workouts.  For best results, attend 2 classes per week.

Reserve your spot in class in the “Classes” tile in the app or at member services.

MX4 FIT is for those with a baseline fitness level.  This 30-minute circuit class has 60 seconds of work, followed by 30 seconds of rest.  It is recommended you warm-up on your own.  Your personal trainer will coach options if you need to modify any exercise.

Purchase 1, 5 or 10 classes at a time or a monthly unlimited pass.  Schedule your classes on-line or at member services.  “Try-it” weeks are offered a couple of times per year.  You can attend your first class for free.

For the unlimited pass, the purchase needs to be made before the month begins and allows you to attend as many classes you would like in the month.

SPRING: Beyond The Barre

This advanced-level class blends the strength and control of Pilates with the precision of Ballet and the intensity of athletic Barre training. Designed for experienced participants, each session will focus on deep core activation, refined technique, and progressive movement patterns that will strengthen your endurance, flexibility, and alignment. Props such as light weights, resistance bands, balls, and gliders will be used to enhance muscle activation, intensify the challenge and improve control. With personalized coaching in a small-group setting, you’ll push past plateaus, improve posture, and sculpt long, lean muscle definition leaving you feeling strong, centered, and energized.

Golden Glove boxing is much like the ever-popular small-group training Guard Up program, but with a niche specific to those who enjoy AOA classes. Reap the many benefits of hitting on the heavy bag (with wraps and boxing gloves, of course) including improved cardiovascular fitness, significant improvement in cognitive functioning as the workout is both physically and mentally challenging, and improved muscle tone, especially for the upper body. Balance and stability drills will be incorporated for a complete workout. Leave feeling a huge sense of accomplishment each and every week while leaving feelings of stress and anxiety on the bag. It’s a “golden” opportunity for the Active Older Adult!
