PARK LAWN 4K WRAP-AROUND

Our 4K Wrap-Around Care is a Wisconsin State Licensed program available on site at Park Lawn School. This program is run by a certified teacher and designed to encourage children to build healthy, happy attitudes and to acquire competencies and skills through a variety of work and play experiences.

AM Wrap Care: 8:30am – 1:00pm
PM Wrap Care: 11:05am – 3:40pm

Lead Teacher Bio

Hi, I’m Brittani Hickey. I live in Oconomowoc with my husband and 6 children. I love spending time with my family and being outdoors. I have worked at YCARE for 7 school years now, and in the 4K Wrap program for 5 school years. I love watching my students grow and learn throughout the year, and seeing the changes from the beginning to the end of the year. Before working at the YMCA, I worked at other child care facilities and schools. I have been in education in one form or another since 2005. When I am not at work, my family and I love to travel, hike, camp, and do anything in the great outdoors. Working at the YMCA has helped me to feel part of the community that I love.

Y Care Enrollment

Please complete the following online forms and return them to the Y’s Child Care Center with your payment.

Registration is complete when registration paperwork has been verified and payment fees are received.

Additional Forms

Immunization Waiver:
Complete if you are waiving your child’s immunization requirement.
Authorization to Administer Medication: Needed if there is a possibility that our staff will need to administer medication to your child while under our care.
Alternative Arrival/Release Form: Needed if a parent will not be dropping off/picking up your child from our program (walks to school, leaves to attend another program, etc.)
Y Care Bank Draft Form: If you need to update your bank draft information.
