What You Need to Know About the Transition – November 3-7, 2025

We’re getting ready to move into our brand-new facility! Here’s what to expect during this exciting transition week:

  • 8th Street Building: Closed starting November 3 as we prepare for the big move.
  • Ehlinger Center: Open with adjusted hours, 5:00am-8:00pm for this week only.
    • All members, including 24/7 members, will be asked to exit by 8:00pm.
    • 24/7 access members will need to re-enter through the 24/7 access door.
  • Group Exercise Classes: Schedule will be modified for the week. We’ve moved as many classes as possible to the Ehlinger Center. View the schedule here.
  • Members Only: No day passes or guest passes will be sold this week.
  • Payments: Credit card only – no cash transactions this week
  • Kids Corner: Closed for the week.

Frequently Asked Questions About the New Building

24/7 access will be available for the Ehlinger Center only – it does not include access to the entire building.

Age Requirements:

  • Adults 18+
  • Teens 13-17 may use 24/7 access only when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Both must have 24/7 access. 

Entrance Updates:

  • The Ehlinger Center entrance gate will now always remain closed.
  • Members must enter through the front entrance.
  • The 24/7 access entrance will still be available for members with 24/7 access privileges.

Yes. Kids Corner hours and reservations will remain the same.

  • Monday-Friday:  8:00 – 11:00am
  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday:  4:45 – 7:45pm
  • Saturday: 7:45 – 11:00am

INFANT RESERVATIONS (6 weeks – 15 months )

Reservations are required for children ages 6 weeks – 15 months using Kids Corner

  • Reservations can be made up to 48 hours in advance
  • Infants may stay a maximum of 90 minutes per day.
  • Infant time slots are in 30-minute increments:
  • Staying 60 minutes? Make 2 separate 30-minute reservations.
  • Staying 90 minutes? Make 3 separate 30-minute reservations.
  • Walk-ins accepted if space is available for the remaining time.
  • We will not be changing diapers at this time.
  • Please verify with Kid’s Corner staff that we have the correct cell number associated with the account. We need it to communicate via SMS instant messaging using the check-in system.
  • Please label any of your baby’s items (bottle/cup/etc.) and share any helpful comfort suggestions at drop off.

(15 months – 8 years )

  • No reservations required
  • 3 hour max per child

Youth guidelines will remain the same, but wristbands will now be required. Wristbands can be picked up at Member Services. Youth must continue to complete an orientation before using equipment.

These wristbands help us keep all our young members safe and easily identified!
