This summer the YMCA at Pabst Farms is offering After Camp for students enrolled in the Summit Elementary and Silver Lake Summer School programs. We have six weeks of adventure planned for your child to explore, build friendships and promote confidence and character.
Registration opens on March 1st for Y Members
SUMMIT ELEMENTARY
Date: June 17th – July 26th (no July 4th & 5th)
AM: 6:30 – 7:45am
PM: 11:45 – 6:00pm
Location: 1680 E. Valley Rd. Oconomowoc
Ages: Children entering 5K – 3rd Grade
SILVER LAKE INTERMEDIATE
Date: June 17th – July 26th (no July 4th & 5th)
PM: 12:00 – 6:00pm
Location: 1680 E. Valley Rd. Oconomowoc
Ages: Children 4th – 8th grade

- Registration Fee: $50 for the first child; $10 for each additional child.
- Registration materials required to be completed in full prior for enrollment.

Additional Forms
- Immunization Waiver:
Complete if you are waiving your child’s immunization requirement. - Authorization to Administer Medication: Needed if there is a possibility that our staff will need to administer medication to your child while under our care.
- Alternative Arrival/Release Form: Needed if a parent will not be dropping off/picking up your child from our program (walks to school, leaves to attend another program, etc.)
- Y Care Bank Draft Form: If you need to update your bank draft information.
