Escort Passes

Parents, guardians, caseworkers, or members may request an escort pass for individuals with disabilities or themselves if they have a physical or medical limitation. Please note that:

• Escorts are not required to be members, but must be over the age of 16.
• Escort passes are not issued to people under the age of 8 years old.
• The escort is responsible for monitoring the behavior of the member.
• The escort must sign a waiver to access the building with the member.
• The escort pass may not be used for personal use. The escort may accompany members to programs or supervise the member as they utilize the facility. The escort must remain with the member at all times.
