NEW: On-line Training now in Paycor
“Learning Management System” (LMS) is accessible via the Paycor app or by logging in via your web browser and navigating to LMS under the people menu or by clicking your profile in the upper right corner.
- Courses required are assigned based upon the position(s) held. If you need assistance navigating Paycor or have questions about your required training, please contact your direct report supervisor.
- Employees are paid for time to complete on-line training. Be sure you are punched in before starting your training.
- If you completed a training in our previous on-line platform, completion dates were transferred over to your course achievements in Paycor if not expired and are still relevant.
In-house Certification Courses:
Red Cross CPR/AED/First Aid (2-year certification)
To register for in-person class:
- Register at Schultz Family YMCA or Pabst Farms Member Service desk.
- $10 registration fee due at the time of sign-up and is non-refundable if staff does not attend the class date/time as registered. Attendees will be reimbursed on the next pay check.
- Employees are compensated for time in required certification classes and are to use Paycor to record time spent in class.
- If you are more than ten minutes late for a class, you will not be able to attend and will forfit the registration fee.
