Insurance

Medical – Vision – Dental – Life – Short & Long-Term Disability

Full-time employees are provided life and disability insurance benefits and have the opportunity to elect medical, vision, dental and additional life insurance coverage.

The Y offers 3 medical plan options to choose from. Surest Gold is a newer concept plan with no deductible & no co-insurance, instead you’ll have clear upfront pricing (copays). For more information on Surest:

Health Savings Account (HSA)

Enrollment in either HDHP 3000 or HDHP 4000 qualifies for making contributions to an HSA.  The Surest medical plan is not a qualifying plan for HSA contributions per IRS regulations, however money previously saved in your HSA may still be used to pay for medical expenses.

To change or discontinue current HSA contributions, go to the direct deposit information area of your Paycor account found under the “Pay & Taxes” menu.

Y Retirement

All Y employees, regardless of employment status, are encouraged to contribute to a 403(b) Smart Account or Roth Account through payroll deduction. For more information or to obtain forms, please click the Y Retirement logo below to be directed to their website..

Membership & Program Discounts:

For part-time employees, eligibility is based upon number of hours worked each week. Audits are conducted to ensure minimum requirements are met.

Important Change regarding the Rally App: The rewards program has moved to Rally Engage! Starting August 1, 2025, wellness rewards are no longer be accessible on the previous Rally website/app. You must log in to the new website or mobile app to access your wellness rewards for the 2025-2026 incentive period and to take the Rally Health survey. Visit ymca.rallyengage.com or download the Rally Engage mobile app and log in with your HealthSafe ID®. Once you’re in the new site, take the Health Survey to get started and you’ll be on your way to earning up to $350 in gift card rewards!
