A stand-out highlight will be the EGYM strength circuit which uses cutting edge technology to make strength training work for everyone. It delivers goal specific training through a game-like experience, giving the user a full-body workout in as little as 20-minutes. Members receive a wristband at their initial onboarding session that syncs with a mobile app. At future visits, members enter the circuit at the first machine and the equipment automatically remembers and adjusts to their personalized settings and will continue to modify their plan based on progress. EGYM fitness takes the guesswork out of strength training and gives members a fun, easy-to-use, motivating workout option, completely customizable to their personal goals.
