CHALLENGE TO CHANGE 8 WEEK WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM (Age 18+)

8 Week Weight Loss Challenge Runs April 8 - June 2

Are you fed up with your current food and fitness plan, or lack of? Are you constantly wondering what you’re going to eat, stressing out about grocery shopping and meal planning and simply overwhelmed with it all? Now’s the time to take your food and fitness plan to a whole new level. During our 8-week challenge we will continue to focus on weight loss while setting up goals for accountability in meal planning and fitness. This challenge builds upon the knowledge and skills learned in the Challenge to Change program. *Knowledge & use of the tracking apps is a plus.

HEALTH AND WELLNESS COACHING

Members will work with Julie(HWC) to develop and implement personal
wellness plans. As members begin to identify their strengths and resources,
they create a strong foundation for their new habits. The HWC and client
work together to create a 3-month plan and goals to achieve it.

3 MONTH PLANS:

  • Option 1: Five 30-minute follow-up sessions every other week after initial 75 min consultation. $195
  • Option 2: 30-minute weekly meetings after initial 75 minute consultation.  $395

MEET JULIE SHEPHERD
Julie Shepherd is a certificated Health and Wellness Coach with Well Coaches. She has a Master’s Degree in Counseling and Guidance and has worked various capacities at the YMCA at Pabst Farms, including a Diabetes Prevention Coach, Coach Me coach and Personal Trainer. She is excited to partner with you on your journey to a healthier, happier and more balanced life.
