LOWER IMPACT, LOWER INTENSITY CLASSES:
AQUA FITNESS:

Cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility will be challenged with exercises designed to ease demands of everyday living. Low to moderately high fitness levels are accommodated.

(ARTHRITIS FOUNDATION AQUATIC EXERCISE)
An aquatic program designed to boost confidence and increase social interactions, as well as generally improve physical and mental well-being. This gentle, warm water exercise class is for people of all ages who suffer from arthritis, muscular and joint discomfort, or coming from a hip or knee injury.
YOGA STRETCH:

Combine the gentle stretch of yoga with the freedom and buoyancy of the aquatic environment.
HIGHER IMPACT, HIGHER INTENSITY CLASSES:
AQUA BOOT CAMP:

For the very intense exerciser. This class combines circuits, speed, power drills and plyometrics.
AQUA CHALLENGE:

Improve cardiovascular fitness and total body strength! This class will incorporate
a variety of formats, including intervals, boot camp, cardio blast and more! The
class can accommodate moderate to high fitness levels.
AQUA RUNNING:
(Competitive Pool)
Instructed by a marathon runner, this class will challenge endurance athletes, yet encourage beginners. The various intensities of this zero-impact workout provide unique land running alternatives and injury rehab and prevention benefits.
AQUA ZUMBA:

The party’s in the pool! Join us for this exhilarating aqua dance set to spicy Latin music. This class is for everyone!
RIVER CHALLENGE:
(Lazy River)
30 minutes of high-intensity strength and cardiovascular training, enhanced by the water current in the lazy river. Use as a stand-alone class or an add-on.
