We encourage you to "check-in" every time before beginning a virtual workout using the simple form below.
This is especially important for our Insurance Members (Silver Sneakers, Silver & Fit, Renew Active) because by checking-in, your virtual visits can be reported to the insurance company and the Y will receive credit for your visit. This directly supports the Y in our efforts to give you the best experience possible during this time.
Corporate Members should also consider checking in before each virtual workout. This will allow us to help you track your visits to report to your employer for wellness benefits.

GUARD UP AT HOME (Age 18+)
We are excited to be able to safely bring back this popular boxing program! This virtual offering will give you the same class experience of being in person with instructor, Leighann, only she will be behind the camera coaching your every move. The class will be offered LIVE during the specified day and time.
A few prerequisites are needed:
- Must have already participated in a Guard Up
- Need to have your own bag set up at home
- Must participate with camera on so instructor is able to see you and work with you
