Due to Covid 19 we are not currently participating in Special Olympics sports but are working to keep athletes ready for competition through sports skills programs and fitness programs. We will return to Special Olympics Wisconsin programming when we are able.

Basketball Skills
Mondays • 6:00 - 6:45 pm or 7:00 - 7:45 pm
January 4- March 27, 2021
Dribble, Pass, Shoot! Athletes will work on their individual basketball skills as well as knowledge of basketball rules and regulations. There will not be a team basketball competition this year, but there may be an opportunity to participate in local Basketball Skills competition through Special Olympics Wisconsin. We will be dividing the time into 2 practices (6:00-6:45 and 7:00-7:45). Please register for basketball skills and coaches will determine which practice is best and contact you before the season starts.
Adaptive Track and Field
Mondays April 5- May 29, 2021 • 5:00-6:15pm
Running, walking, throwing, jumping… there is something for everyone to enjoy! Athletes will fine-tune their individual skills. There might be an option for competition through Special Olympics Wisconsin. Practices will be held outdoors so please dress accordingly.
Adaptive Swim Team
Freestyle, backstroke, butterfly. Let us help you to learn or fine-tune specific techniques and strokes for future competitions. Swimmers must be able to swim 1 length (25 M) of the competitive pool unassisted.
Wednesday
Adaptive Swim Team 1: 6:30-7:15 – beginner swimmers and those working to learn new strokes and build endurance, swimmers who currently swim mostly 25 M events
Adaptive Swim Team 2: 7:15-8:00 - intermediate and advanced swimmers who swim 50 M or more, working to fine tune strokes and increase speed and endurance.
