Join Sara Dow, SCW Certified Boxing Coach and Les Mills BODYCOMBAT Instructor, for this small group boxing training program designed to empower women and men at all fitness levels.

Wednesday   5:10-6:05 am
 

SUMMER: $50 Y Member (per time slot/per session)

Orientation will be scheduled for all new participants prior to the session.
MInimum 8, Maximum 12


BE A BETTER ATHLETE (8-16)

Development of athletic skills, such as jumping, landing, lunging, twisting, lifting, quickness and changing directions create a better athlete and those skills will enhance your specific sport. These skills will be needed throughout a sports career, so learning from a Personal Trainer can help to prevent injuries when doing them on their own.

Join Leighann Moll for this fat-blasting, empowering and highly rewarding small group boxing training program. Leighann has over 17 yrs experience in boxing training and will help you achieve more from your fitness than you ever thought possible. Gloves and wraps are needed for class and are not included. GUARD UP, START UP (18+)
Starter class to the popular, Small Group Guard Up program. Class will focus on Guard Up fundamentals teaching you proper form and technique to build muscle safely, at the appropriate pace and help to reduce injury. This program is required if you are new to Guard Up. Gloves and wraps are needed and are not included. Class lead by Sara Dow, SCW certified boxing coach and Body Combat Instructor
