RIVERFEST TRAINING PROGRAM
Get coaching from experienced instructors and make new friends while training for the Riverfest 5k or Half-Marathon. There will be optional group runs with a coach 2-3x each week to keep you motivated and on track.

Program Details:

  • Group runs with a coach each week.
  • All abilities and experience levels welcome.
  • Fellow runners to encourage you and keep you accountable. 

Fees: $35 Y Member • $45 Community Participant

GUARD UP (18+)
Join Leighann Moll for this fat-blasting, empowering and highly rewarding small group boxing training program. Leighann has over 17 yrs experience in boxing training and will help you achieve more from your fitness than you ever thought possible. Gloves and wraps are needed for class and are not included. Orientation prior to session starts for all new participants.

SPRING:
Wednesday   10:45-11:45am • 12:00-1:00pm • 6:30-7:30pm
Thursday       11:15 am-12:15 pm
Friday            12:10 pm-1:10 pm

FEE: $60 Y Member  (per time slot/per session)

SUMMER:
3- week:  June 12-28 • $25 Y Member (per time slot/per session)
7-week: July 10-Aug 23 • $60 Y Member (per time slot/per session)

Wednesday  6:30 am-7:30 am • 10:45 am-11:45 am
Friday           5:30 am-6:30 am • 12:10-1:10 pm


FIT BENCH:
FitBench is an innovative, versatile tool ideal for small group trainings, incorporating a variety of fitness tools and training elements. If variety is the spice of life, the FitBench is the entire spice cabinet. No two classes will be the same.

Friday   9:15-10:00 am or 10:15-11:00 am
FEE: $56 each time slot/session

Ladies, let’s break free from the misconceptions surrounding strength training and get the personal training experience without breaking the bank! You will learn why it’s important to be strong and experience what being strong feels like.

Lisa Turner is a USATF/RRA certified running coach & an ACSM certified
personal trainer who wants to help you improve your running by summer.

3 sessions for $125
1 - iMett VO2 Sub-max test & InBody Test
2 - Strength training for running
3 - Core training for running

Golf PerFORmance class with Rich Vance

Eight weeks to better golf perFOREmance with Rich Vance. Each week will progress and include specific conditioning exercises to help improve your golf game and develop strength.
