GUARD UP

Join Sara Dow, SCW Certified Boxing Coach and Les Mills BODYCOMBAT Instructor, for this small group boxing training program designed to empower women of all fitness levels. Orientation will be scheduled for all new participants.  Gloves and wraps are not included.

TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING

Taught by a personal trainer using leveraged bodyweight exercises. TRX classes build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose.     
(Minimum 8, Maximum 10)

KETTLEBELLS TRAINING

Lead by a certified instructor, the class is taken through movements and exercises performed using kettlebell weights. A ‘kettlebell’ is a traditional Russian cast iron weight that looks like a cannonball with a handle. You’ll learn torso-powered movements that work the abs, back, and arms. Perfect for overall fitness.

NEW! POWERLIFTING

Powerlifting is a strength sport that consists of three attempts at maximal weight on three lifts: squat, bench press, and deadlift. You will learn proper technique in those three lifts as well as auxillary exercises to build maximum strength.

Join Leighann Moll for this fat-blasting, empowering and highly rewarding small group boxing training program. Leighann has over 17 yrs experience in boxing training and will help you achieve more from your fitness than you ever thought possible. Gloves and wraps are needed for class and are not included. Orientation prior to session starts for all new participants.

FIT BENCH:
FitBench is an innovative, versatile tool ideal for small group trainings, incorporating a variety of fitness tools and training elements. If variety is the spice of life, the FitBench is the entire spice cabinet. No two classes will be the same.

LEAN LADIES LIFT:
Ladies, let’s break free from the misconceptions surrounding strength training and get the personal training experience without breaking the bank! You will learn why it’s important to be strong and experience what being strong feels like.
