The Y offers a wide variety of Group Exercise classes each week, both in-person and virtually, where you can get fit in a supportive group setting. The Y's Group Exercise instructors are highly-trained to provide safe and effective exercise programs. You are not alone in a Y Group Exercise class, our instructors help bring the class together to form supportive connections.

New... Studio Streaming!

Les Mills Studio Streaming is an in-studio virtual group fitness experience. These group fitness classes will be taught theater style, led by a world-class Les Mills instructor on the big screen here at the YMCA. Pre-recorded workouts will play automatically at their start time in the studio space. Les Mills Studio Streaming will allow for more of the classes you love, accessible almost all day every day.
