Group Exercise - an interactive way to get fit while having fun!

From Aerobics, to Bootcamp, Yoga and Zumba, the Y offers hundreds of Group Exercise classes each week where you can get fit in a supportive group setting. The Y's Group Exercise instructors are highly-trained to provide safe and effective exercise programs. You are not alone in a Y Group Exercise class, our instructors help bring the class together to form supportive connections.

ADRENALINE BOOT CAMP:

The ultimate cardio and strength interval workout designed to work every inch of your body and maximize your post workout caloric expenditure.

BODYATTACK:

A sports-inspired Les Mills cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy, interval class combines athletic conditioning movements with strength and stabilization exercises.

BODYCOMBAT:

A high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. A Les Mills class that gives you the opportunity to punch and kick your way to fitness...no experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.

BODYPUMP:

The fastest way to shape you up and lose body fat. This Les Mills class uses a barbell and weights to challenge all of your major muscle groups. Perfect for men and women who want to add strength training into their aerobic routine.

BODYSTEP:

An energetic Step workout that uses easy-to-follow movements on, over and around the Step. The end result is toning, cardio fitness, calorie burning & fun!

CXWORX:

A 30-minute core class formulated with a carefully-structured approach with unforgiving intensity! This Les Mills class has been designed to tighten and strengthen your abs, glutes, back, obliques and “slings,” connecting the upper and lower body.

NEW! LES MILLS SPRINT:

A 30-minute High Intensity Interval Training workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It combines burst of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort.

LES MILLS TONE:

An absolute must for those looking to rejuvenate, energize and revive! Enjoy a low-impact workout with aerobic and resistance training, and a “core & restore” block, all set to highly energizing music!

PIYO LIVE:

This yoga and Pilates inspired class will re-define every inch of your body. Sweat, stretch and strengthen in a low-impact, music driven, body-sculpting workout.

TURBO KICK:

A combination of kick boxing and dance moves all choreographed to high energy, motivating music. This ultimate cardio workout is a unique blend of intense intervals, strength/endurance training and a relaxing cool-down, all designed to burn fat and re-shape your body.

ZUMBA®:

It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness party! The routines feature interval sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body.

ZUMBA® GOLD:

Zumba® Gold uses the same dance moves as the original Zumba® class with less intense dance routines designed for beginners and older adults. The longer warm up and cool down allows participants to improve balance, flexibility and cardiovascular strength. Perfect for anyone just beginning a fitness program.

ZUMBA® TONING:

Combines targeted body sculpting exercises and cardito with Latin-infused Zumba® moves to create a calorie torching, strength training fitness party.
