Our inspiring instructors will lead the class on a journey through mixed terrains (hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and interval training) to the rhythm of powerful music. By increasing or decreasing tension on the bike, you control the intensity of your ride, making this class suitable for both new and experienced riders.

CYCLING BASICS:

A 20-minute introduction to cycling that covers bike set-up, cycling technique and a sampling of group cycling class.

GROUP CYCLE:

Workout on a stationary bike with ride formats that include endurance, intervals, strength and race day.

CYCLE & STRENGTH:

Elevate your heart rate and improve your cardiovascular fitness through both interval-training bouts as well as stamina-based tracks. Upon completing your cardiovascular work on the stationery bike, your instructor will lead you through a strength-based workout off the bike to complement your ride for a total cardio and strength workout.

MOI CYCLE:

Group cycling revolution inspired by outdoor cyclists from Colorado.  Moi Cycle is a cycling program that takes you on a journey to fitness where the ride and the music match perfectly.  This format gives participants measurable results as you work through different heart rate zones and cadences. Heart rate monitors are strongly encouraged to get the most out of your class.

NEW! LESMILLS SPRINT

A 30-minute High Intensity Interval Training workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It combines burst of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort.
