Our inspiring instructors will lead the class on a journey through mixed terrains (hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and interval training) to the rhythm of powerful music. By increasing or decreasing tension on the bike, you control the intensity of your ride, making this class suitable for both new and experienced riders.

CYCLING BASICS:

A 20-minute introduction to cycling that covers bike set-up, cycling technique and a sampling of group cycling class.

MOI CYCLE:

Group cycling revolution inspired by outdoor cyclists from Colorado.  Moi Cycle is a cycling program that takes you on a journey to fitness where the ride and the music match perfectly.  This format gives participants measurable results as you work through different heart rate zones and cadences. Heart rate monitors are strongly encouraged to get the most out of your class.

RHYTHM SPIN:

An exhilarating beat-based cycling class that uses movements, music and motivation for a calorie burning workout.  Inspirational choreography that matches the beat and will challenge you to break through your boundaries to experience an whole new ride.

NEW! LESMILLS SPRINT

A 30-minute High Intensity Interval Training workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It combines burst of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort.
