ACTIVE OLDER ADULTS -WATERTOWN AREA YMCA
A great fitness routine starts with a fun, social atmosphere for AOA’s to get to know one another while doing something good for mind, body, and spirit - helping you stay healthy and independent.
This class includes a longer warm-up, improves muscle strength, endurance and flexibility.
*Some portions of this class are done on the floor.
Circuit station exercises are a fun social atmosphere for Active Older Adults to get to know one another while a fitness instructor helps you with form and function. Do something good for your mind, body, and spirit to keep fit and independent.
AOA CARDIO BLAST:
Get your heart rate up using a variety of cardio machines. End with core work and stretching.
Modified Zumba moves at a lower intensity.
Dominos, cards and board games are played Monday-Friday from 10:30-Noon on the tables in the hallway. All are welcome to join.
